CancellationPolicy

You have the right to cancel your NextGen Chat subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the chatbot will remain active on your website until the end of the current billing month, after which it will be deactivated. No further payments will be deducted from your account for subsequent months.

How to Cancel

  • To cancel your subscription, please email info@nextgenchat.online. Your email should include the specific service(s) you wish to cancel.

Monthly Subscription Cancellation

  • The cancellation takes effect immediately for future payments. The agent will remain operational until the end of the current billing month, after which it will be removed from your website.

Service Termination

  • Upon cancellation, all data and training materials associated with the account will be deleted. However, we may retain anonymized analytics data for collective statistics and reporting purposes.

  • NextGen Chat reserves the right to terminate the service if the client breaches these terms, fails to pay, or misuses the service.

Refunds

  • No refunds are provided for the month in which the cancellation is made. Your subscription fee covers the service for the entire month, regardless of the cancellation date.

Reinstatement

  • If you wish to reinstate your subscription after cancellation, you will need to re-subscribe to the service at the current rate through your account management portal. The NextGen Chat bot will need to be set up again from scratch, including all training materials, as data from cancelled subscriptions is not archived.

Amendments

  • We reserve the right to amend this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
